MATERIALS & CARE

Handle with care

We make all our pieces by hand and our gemstones are carefully sourced from around the world. To ensure the longevity of your pieces, we recommend the following:

  1. Please do not expose your precious gemstone jewelry to salt water or harsh chemicals such as chlorine, nail polish remover or detergents. These chemicals may slowly erode the finish and polish of your gemstones. Even hair spray, perfume and perspiration may cause jewelry to become dull
  2. Take your jewelry off before any tough physical activities where it could bee hit and/or to keep it away from your sweat. These are delicate handmade pieces so should be treated as so.
  3. The easiest way to clean your jewelry (except those with pearls and opals) is to soak it in warm water mixed with mild soap. Then use the soft brush to clean thoroughly. Dry it immediately after rinsing with water using a cotton cloth as other materials can be abrasive. You can also opt for ultra-sonic cleansing for your gemstones jewelry by a reputed jeweler.

Pearls & Opals

Due to its soft and delicate properties, pearls and opals require good and attentive care. Make sure they don’t get in contact with hard surfaces or any chemicals including hairsprays, perfumes and those found in cosmetics.

Therefore we highly suggest that you wear your jewelry containing pearls and/or opals as last after your make up and hair is done and take it off first. It is required to take it off before going to swimming pools or washing your hands. Deal gently with them when moving around or placing down since they’re easily breakable.
